Comprised of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, Medisys 123 is a medical concierge service that provides you with telephone assistance 7 days per week for any health-related issues ranging from urgent care to general counselling.

By only accepting a limited number of children and through efficient patient scheduling, Medisys 123 is able to provide you and your family with prompt attention for all of your children’s routine and urgent healthcare needs.

Our Medisys 123 team is available after regular business hours and on weekends via telephone to address urgent medical situations as they occur. If we feel that a face-to-face assessment is required, our pediatric team will welcome you at our clinic where your child will be seen without delay.

If further medical intervention or a specialist referral is required, our medical concierge team will coordinate the care, obtention of reports and consolidating your records in one central and secure location.

Follow-ups by our multidisciplinary team are standard to ensure that your child’s health issues have been resolved completely, and to your satisfaction.

Additionally, by combining our long-time expertise with our well-trained pediatric team, we are able to provide you with counselling or support on a wide variety of pediatric health topics. 

Medisys 123 includes:

• General and routine clinic visits (covered by RAMQ)
• 7-day/week telephone assistance with a pediatric healthcare professional
  (8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.)
• Support on a wide variety of pediatric health topics
• All routine and travel vaccinations (additional fees may apply)
• Coordination of specialist appointments
• Integration of health records
• Proactive follow-up
